A character created for the guide
Simone Ashby is the name The Falls Weekend Guide is hosted and signed under. She is a character created for the guide, not a real person. Her name appears in bylines and in short notes on the pages.
The photographs of her on the site are AI-generated images. They are not pictures of a real woman. No job title or credentials come with the name. She is not casino or hotel staff, and she has no tie to Fallsview Casino Resort, Casino Niagara or the resort hotel.
How the guide is checked
Facts in the guide were checked on October 13, 2026. The sources were the two casinos' own pages, OLG, the AGCO, iGaming Ontario, ConnexOntario and PlaySmart. Distances are straight lines between map coordinates from OpenStreetMap. Roads run longer than those lines.
No forms, comments or accounts exist on the site. The guide keeps nothing about readers except the colour theme chosen in the browser tab.
Paid links appear on the home page only, and each is marked Ad. There are three: a button in the menu, a block just below the first screen and one near the end of the page. All three lead to one private online casino partner, which pays the guide a commission and can change. The guide itself takes no bets.
