Checking in and checking out
The resort hotel at Fallsview has 372 rooms. Check-in is at 4 pm and check-out at 11 am. Guests who want the room earlier can buy a guaranteed noon check-in, sold for a fee on a limited number of rooms. A 1 pm check-out is offered at a rate, also on a limited number of rooms, and the front desk has the details.
Rooms are booked by phone at 1 (888) 325-5788, the same line that books the partner hotels. Hotel-and-show packages are not available, so a room and a show are booked separately.

In the room and around the hotel
Bell service runs 24 hours a day from the lobby. Barrier-free rooms and suites are available on request when booking. Room service runs daily in two windows, 7 am to 11 am and 6 pm to 11 pm. Each room has a safe, a hairdryer, an iron and an ironing board. Wireless internet costs nothing for guests, though bandwidth is limited.
The fitness centre has an indoor pool, open 7 am to 10 pm, and a workout area open 7 am to 9 pm. Swimmers must be 12 or older unless a parent or guardian aged 16 or more is with them. The Damara Day Spa is also part of the resort.
Hotels linked to the casinos
Three hotels connect to the casinos indoors. The Hilton Niagara Falls/Fallsview Hotel & Suites reaches Fallsview's Entertainment Centre and Galleria by a covered skyway. The Wyndham Grand Fallsview Hotel has direct indoor access to Fallsview Casino. At the other end, The Brock Niagara Falls-Fallsview has direct indoor access to Casino Niagara.
A partner hotel key card makes the shuttle ride free on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and OLG Stage show days. The partners are Sheraton Fallsview, The Brock Niagara Falls-Fallsview, Clifton Victoria Inn at the Falls and Skyline Hotel & Waterpark. Children may stay at the resort, but the gaming floor is 19 and older. Both casino garages allow overnight parking, and the charge is settled when the car leaves.
